Toilet Training Stick to a routine, praise outdoor wees, and clean accidents thoroughly. "And for the love of bones, don't rub their nose in it. That's just rude."
Chewing Everything Give plenty of chew toys and keep valuables out of reach. "Shoes taste amazing. Don"t blame the pup " hide your shoes!"
Jumping Up Teach "sit" for greetings and reward calm behaviour. "Humans squeal when we jump. That"s basically applause " we think you love it!"
Biting & Nipping Redirect with toys and stop play if bites get too rough. "Those tiny teeth are like razors. Don't be a chew toy, mate!"
Not Listening Use short sessions, clear commands, and tasty rewards. "If the treats are rubbish, we're not listening. Simple as that."

Max’s Golden Rules for Training


  • Keep sessions short (5–10 minutes). Puppies have the attention span of a goldfish on caffeine.
  • Be consistent – same words, same actions, every time.
  • Reward good behaviour with treats, praise, or belly rubs.
  • Never punish – it only makes pups sneaky, not smart.
  • Be patient. You’re raising a baby dog, not a robot.

 "You think it’s tough now? Wait until they hit the teenage phase. You’ll miss the days of toilet accidents – trust me."


Step-by-Step Puppy Training Guide


1️⃣ Potty Training Basics


  • Take your pup out frequently (after eating, sleeping, and playtime).
  • Reward immediately after they go outside.
  • Supervise indoors or use crate training to prevent accidents.


2️⃣ Essential Commands


Teach simple commands first:


🐾 Sit – Great for greetings.
🐾 Stay – Stops chaos before it starts.
🐾 Come – Crucial for safety.
🐾 Leave It – Saves your socks, your sanity, and your sandwiches.



3️⃣ Socialisation


Expose your puppy to new people, dogs, and environments. Good socialisation prevents fear and aggression later.
