Goofy Dog - Rescue Pit Bull Becomes A Dog Pretzel

A Pit Bull walking down the street

There are tons of silly stuff that dogs do on a whim.

But if there is a prize for having the most bizarre habit of all, then this adorable, but goofy dog from Indiana will surely take home the crown.

Danielle Case Becraft and her family first met the four-month-old pit bull named Cooley at the non-profit organization, Fort Wayne Pit Bull Coalition, some two years ago. The pooch had already been adopted twice by then, but his previous owners had always returned him to the shelter.

Luckily, the Becraft family fell in love with him the moment they saw him. And when they learned of his loving disposition towards kids, they knew that Cooley would make the ideal addition to their family.

Since Danielle and her partner were looking for a pup who could get along with their little ones, the pooch was the perfect candidate.

After bringing him home, they realized that the pooch was just as active and playful as any other dog his breed. He would always be ready to make new friends and loved skipping around in the garden with Danielle's three kids.

Oh no! The goofy dog is broken.

But aside from Cooley's typical goofy dog qualities, there was one thing that the couple found weird about the pit bull. You see, whenever bedtime rolled around, he would casually flop on his back, raise all fours in the air, and turn himself into a hilarious pretzel as he tried to catch his tail.

After successfully getting his tail, Cooley would then pop up and repeat everything from Step 1. This goofy routine of the pup had always left Danielle in stitches. She had joked that the pooch was broken and needed a reset every time he did his pretzel stunt.

Nonetheless, the family would 't have him any other way, and they loved how unique and special Cooley was. Look at the hilarious pretzel pose of the pit bull here.
