Hilarious Pup Makes Goofy Facial Expressions

Puppy Makes Goofy Facial Expressions

Being forced to stay at home wasn’t the vacation that most people initially thought. During the quarantine period, many realized how much they took for granted, like walking freely down the street or hugging friends and loved ones. Being isolated inside the four walls of our homes eventually felt lonely and depressing.

But, if you had a goofy roomie who loved cuddling and made faces to cheer you up, then staying indoors wasn’t so bad after all. An adorable 3-year-old greyhound from Kansas named Penelope the Goose did just that. Her silly facial expressions and distinctive looks brought more than enough good vibes for her owner Kayla.

The family who first took care of Penelope convinced Kayla to give the special dog a chance. Soon, she noticed the pup was strikingly different from her other siblings. Penelope was calmer and more affectionate, preferring to cuddle instead of running wild.

Kayla shared how she first noticed the shy pooch. When her brothers and sisters ran around and played around the breeder’s house, Penelope remained serenely in bed. When Kayla picked her up, the gentle dog snuggled close and went right to sleep.

It was clear that this sweet dog was the most suitable companion for a person who was chronically ill, like Kayla.

When Penelope’s photos went viral on social media, Kayla and her family realized how many adored her comical looks, which resembled a goose. People can’t get enough of her funny poses and fashionable persona. Currently, Penelope the Goose has around 87,000 Instagram followers, making her a certified online celebrity.
